Welcome to the Baywood Homes Trade Partner Portal!

As part of our Trade Partner Development Program introduced in January 2008, we are pleased to introduce you to our Trade Partner Portal.

The 'Trade Partner Portal' is a valuable tool designed to achieve the following:

1. An increase in ongoing and proactive communication to create a more efficient work environment for all partners.
2. A strong and efficient team, working together to “… provide quality built homes with a custom touch.”
3. The identification and provision of best practices to guide the construction process
4. Proactive improvements in quality and service “… Exceeding each customer’s expectations every step of the way.”

Specifically, the Vendor Portal will allow you to:

• Keep up to date on industry related News and special events
• View and bid on upcoming Baywood Contracts
• View and manage your current bids & contracts
• Update your company’s Safety Information with Baywood Homes
• Send and receive messages from Baywood Administrators
• Administer invoices and receive PO’s on active contracts (COMING SOON!!)

In order to become a Baywood Trade Partner eligible to view and bid on Baywood Contracts, you must first register your organization with our Vendor Portal by clicking on the registration link to the right.
Once your registration request is received, a Baywood Administrator will review your registration before granting access. Upon acceptance, you will receive an email confirming that your registration has been approved. Once you have received this confirmation you will be able to login.
